Filter Country IP WordPress Plugin

 

Description:

Filter Country IP automatically determines the IP Address of the visitor to your blog and based on that IP it determines his country with an accuracy of 99.5%.

Filter Country IP has many built in functions including:

• Displaying your visitor’s IP and Country code, name and flag
• Displaying flag icons (any country by code)
• Displaying country names (any country by code)
• Displaying custom content from a template
• Conditional targeting (display or hide content for a list of countries)
• Blocking navigation for some countries (to prevent harmful actions)
• Test Mode for administrators (to simulate visits from fake IPs)

Filter Country IP provides 2 widgets and 7 shortcodes.
Insert a shortcode into posts/pages/widgets and theme files to display country-specific messages to your visitors.

Installation

1. Upload the folder ‘filter-country-ip’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory or use the automatic plugin installer
2. Activate the plugin in the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Enter the plugin’s configuration page in the Filter Country IP tab

You can use the built in installer and upgrader, or you can install the plugin manually.
